We offer one complimentary consultation per applicant. This free consultation is not available to individuals who have already lodged a visa application; in such cases, the consultation will be cancelled.
We do not offer an application review service. If you have booked a consultation for the purpose of reviewing an existing application, your appointment will be cancelled.
If you do not attend your scheduled free consultation, you will not be eligible for another free appointment. However, you may book a subsequent consultation for a fee of $165, as the time allocated to your original consultation will have already been utilised.
You may reschedule your free consultation at no cost if the change is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of $165 will apply, as we may not have sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client.
If you have already had a free consultation and wish to book a follow-up consultation, fees of $165 for a 30-minute consultation or $330 for a 60-minute consultation will apply. An advice agreement must also be signed prior to any subsequent consultations.
